Dark Knight Engineering Bowral bricks project

DKE replaced the kiln exhaust fan at Bowral Bricks. Significant rust had caused fumes to leak from the top fan, prompting the need to replace it and upgrade the entire cabling system to more suitable specifications. To protect the exposed cables from weather-related damage, we installed them in metal conduits. As standard practice, we included service loops to facilitate future modifications.

This project presented several challenges, including a tight timeline. We had one day to prepare and complete the replacement and commission the fan.
