DKE handled the panel design and electrical schematics. We programmed the PLC and Touch Screen from scratch in Sydney, with a few trips to Perth for installation, testing, and commissioning. For this project, we opted for an Allen Bradley PLC and HMI. The Remote Inputs and Outputs add extra functionality, allowing more of the existing line equipment to be controlled through our PLC. The Safety Controller, a SamosPRO, manages Emergency Stops, Gate Locking, Request Access System, and Light Curtain. Our controls manage the Infeed
Conveyors, Front Feed, and Exit Conveyors, providing precise 0.1mm positioning accuracy for press positioning. The press itself is controlled through relay logic via a Delem Controller
